What is an In-Depth Coaching session?

  • It is a session in which we look at your blocks in the mind, body and heart/soul

  • I will help you to reveal the hidden patterns related to your issues, looking beyond the pain, what does the pain/issue wants to communicate

  • You will reconnect with your inner power

  • I don’t give you solution but we uncover the solution together

  • At the end of the session, we explore resolutions and activate your supportive inner resources. You will feel a sense of lightness and courage to move forward

  • We work together with your Soul, Mind and Body, because they are interlinked

  • NLP coaching to help with finding out what is behind your hindering behaviour(s) and beliefs, blocks or stuck emotions, understanding what parts of you are at play.

  • Inner child therapy to support your long term healing you will uncover your stuck inner child and support her with love and care

  • Family Constellations to uncover hidden patterns from your family system. There is a way I use this tool in individual sessions.

  • Past Lives Regression when necessary, going back into past lives can support your healing in this current life.
